Your Family Practice was established with one clear purpose: to deliver quality, personalised healthcare to the people of Laurieton and the wider Camden Haven region. From our modern facility at 106 Sirius Drive in Lakewood, we bring together an experienced team of GPs, allied health professionals, and support staff united by a genuine commitment to patient wellbeing.

We understand that healthcare is not one-size-fits-all. That's why we take the time to listen, understand, and tailor our care to each patient — from newborns and young families to seniors and visitors to our beautiful coastal region.
