Liam is local to the area and has 15 years experience in providing practical and progressive individualized nutrition advice and management plans for patients across a range of ages and medical needs. Over the past 10 years of Your Family Practice, every year we donate a local non-charitable groups and schools for our community members.
Over the years we have provided Christmas presents as donations, sponsored football, soccer schools (all local schools) and also provided awards for annual prize giving celebrations.
YFP has also donated to local community disasters, be it during flood conditions or fire events and provided medical equipment and supplies to communities at these times when we have all needed love and support.
Our most recent sponsorship has been with Camden Haven Netball inline with our promotion of women's health through our A Women's Life program currently being run in the practice with women's health clinics operating soon.
